On the last 27th of December, the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of the 21st of December 2021 concerning the programming of the Flows 2021 has been registered at the Court of Auditors. The decree in question will be published in the Official Gazette on 17 January 2022 and applications can be submitted from 27 January.
More specifically, within the overall quota of entries established at 69,700 units, 27,700 permits have been provided for non-seasonal and self-employment activities. The workers of road transport are among the latter.

If the worker is not in possession of the Driver Qualification Card (CQC), the duration of the employment contract will be for a fixed period of up to one year, and within that period the driver must obtain it.

In Italy, the traffic police will strengthen checks on driving and rest times, speed and other aspects of road transport.
